Take action Now to voice your support for public lands

Last month, our Nevada Representative Mark Amodei introduced an amendment to the Reconciliation Budget package that would sell over 450,000 acres of Nevada’s public land within two years.

If you love to hunt, fish, hike, bike, ride, climb or camp out with family and friends in Nevada’s great outdoors, now is the time to take action. Your voice matters! Tell Congress to keep our public lands in public hands.

Amodei’s amendment would sell our public lands for limited housing and large scale mining access but fails to include ANY conservation measures, wiping out a 25-year history of negotiating Nevada public lands management in a transparent way that included the input of outdoor recreation stakeholders like you.

Contact Congressman Amodei now and say:

“Please rescind the public land disposal amendment. Ensuring access to our public lands and transparency and stakeholder input in public lands management is more valuable than funding Washington D.C. politics”

Here’s how:

Call Congressman Mark Amodei’s Washington DC office: (202) 225-6155

Call the House of Representatives Switchboard: (202) 224-3121 – ask to be connected to Congressman Amodei’s office
