The Las Vegas Wash Coordination Committee (LVWCC) is gearing up for its 15th Wash Green-Up!
The LVWCC is hosting the Spring Green-Up on Saturday, October 17.

We are hoping to attract 2000 volunteers to plant 7800 trees and shrubs on 28 acres.
In case of weather a back up date will be Saturday, October 24.

This will be the largest event we have ever done and we need your help and would like to have you

participate as a site supervisor, overseeing the volunteers to ensure they are planting
properly.

For site supervisors, the event lasts from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and there will be a free barbecue
lunch for all participants.

A site supervisor orientation lunch will be held on Wednesday, October 7 at 12:00 p.m. in the
Grand Canyon Rooms at the Molasky building floor 7, located at 100 City Parkway.

Please contact me by email or 822-3316 by Monday, September 30, to let me know whether
or not you will be able to participate in the event and attend the orientation.
We hope to see you at the Green-Up!
